Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
